These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StudyBridge school matching quiz at gostudybridge.co (the "Service"), operated on behalf of BEI Language School ("BEI," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Houston, Texas. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

StudyBridge is a free school matching service that helps international students find English language schools in the United States. We provide a quiz-based recommendation tool that connects students with accredited F-1 visa schools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your name, email address, and phone number.

4. School Matching

Our quiz provides recommendations based on your responses. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of enrollment, admission, visa approval, or any other outcome. School availability, pricing, and program details may change without notice.

5. Communications

By submitting your information, you may receive communications from us and our school partner (BEI Language School) regarding your quiz results and enrollment information. You may opt out at any time.

SMS communications require your explicit opt-in consent and are governed by our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. StudyBridge

StudyBridge is a school matching service operated on behalf of BEI Language School to help international students discover and apply to English language programs in the United States.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Service are the property of BEI Language School and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on quiz results, or interactions with matched schools. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
